Facility Rental

Practice Room Rentals:
The lesson rooms at LSM are available to rent for practice & online exams (pending schedule availability). Reserve a private, quiet room for your practice in advance. Every lesson room is equipped with a full size piano that is regularly tuned.

- Practice Room with Upright Piano: $20/hour
- Practice Room with Grand Piano: $30/hour

Studio Space / Performance Hall Rentals:
Do you need to practice in a bigger space? Do you need to create a recording for an audition or competition? LSM has two performance spaces with a grand piano. The LSM Studio space is a cozy and high-ceiling contemporary space with one grand and one upright piano. The LSM Performance Hall has two grand pianos (includes a Steinway), polished black curtain background, with stage lighting.

- The LSM Studio Space: $50/hour ($25 for 30min)
- The LSM Performance Hall: $75/hour ($37.50 for 30min)
Recording devices are not provided. iPad / phone stand available if requested.

Studio Space / Performance Hall Rentals for Recitals and Concerts:
If you are hosting a recital or a concert, our Studio Space and Performance Hall are available for rental. The LSM Studio Space fits 40+ audience chairs. The LSM Performance Hall accommodates 80+ audience chairs, stage lighting, mobile curtain background, and folding table available. Rental cost covers a 2 hour event with a 30minute setup period and the cleaning fee.
