Welcome to Lindeblad School of Music, located on US Highway 46 in Pine Brook, NJ. in Morris County (near Fairfield, Parsippany, Caldwell, Montville, Wayne, Livingston, and East Hanover).

Our Mission Statement

The Lindeblad School of Music is dedicated to enriching our community by providing comprehensive, high quality music education to students of all ages and abilities. Our credible and enthusiastic faculty is committed to guiding each student in developing a deep understanding of music, expanding their artistic expression, and achieving their individual goals. Our goal is to foster a life long enjoyment of music in our students and enhance arts awareness and appreciation in our community.


Our Facilities

Lindeblad School of Music was specifically built to teach music in the most effective manner possible. Our state-of-the art teaching facilities include:

  • A Recital Hall / Showroom with a seating capacity of 50
  • 5 private teaching studios
  • 3 large classrooms for Music Theory, Music Skills, Group Piano, and Early Childhood classes
  • A Comfortable Waiting Room with free Wi-Fi access and TV

Lindeblad Family History

The roots of the Lindeblad School of Music originated from Axel Lindeblad’s love of music. At the young age of 25, he emigrated from Stockholm, Sweden to the United States. Since 1920, the Lindeblad family has specialized in the restoration of vintage pianos for clients nationwide, providing high quality pianos and premier restoration. In 2011, after years of consideration and planning, the Lindeblad family opened the Lindeblad School of Music. The school being specifically designed to offer the highest quality of music education with dedicated instructors at a brand new, state-of the art teaching facility. The Lindeblad School of Music is dedicated to providing students with an exceptional educational and artistic experience while fostering creative expression, promoting personal enrichment and encouraging a love of music.
